Your individual needs, therapeutic goals, time frame & commitment you wish to enter into will also be covered.

Q WHAT EVIDENCE BASED MODELS DO YOU USE?

In session, Brooke works with several evidence-based models that may include the use of ACT, CBT, Schema Therapy & Mindfulness Based Therapies, however primarily draws on the use of the Conversational Model of Therapy (CM). The Conversational Model is a contemporary form of relational psychotherapy that evolved from psychoanalytic psychotherapy. It integrates aspects of developmental psychology, neuroscience, attachment theory and linguistics but also incorporates concepts from other schools, including Self Psychology, Intersubjectivity Theory, Trauma Theory and Memory Systems Theory.
