Psychotherapy is a dynamic process that focuses on the mental, emotional, relational and spiritual health of a person and aims to help clients better understand the conscious and unconscious aspects of their present & past experiences.
Psychotherapy can be both short or long term based upon your circumstances and is not limited to a particular number of sessions.
